All service requests submitted via the website are subject to technician availability. Estimates provided without visual, in-person inspection of the woodwork or structural layout are preliminary. We reserve the right to modify estimated pricing if physical inspection reveals hidden damage, wood rot, pest infestation, or structural deviations.
Payments for residential and commercial services are due as outlined in the specific project service agreement. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations may incur a rescheduling fee.
Since wood is a natural product, variations in color, grain pattern, and texture are to be expected. Hometowncarpenters is not responsible for natural variations in wood grain or minor matching variances when performing spot repairs or staining older pieces.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable USA law, in no event shall Hometowncarpenters be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or the performance of our physical services.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
